Acclaimed independent Chef Karan takes centre stage with a special tapas menu, blending his iconic OG dishes from the WIP menu with exciting new creations crafted exclusively for this extraordinary collaboration.
Ganga Ghale, WIP’s bar manager, is bringing something seriously special to the table—a collection of 6 rare and distinctive wines offering guests the opportunity to delve into the world of unspoken grape varietals, appealing to both seasoned wine enthusiasts and curious newcomers.
Adding to the magic, WIP’s wine-tender Nigil Wilson is shaking things up with two signature wine cocktails—bold, creative, and full of personality. It’s an evening of unexpected pairings, rare finds, and boundary-pushing flavours, perfect for anyone ready to sip and swirl.
One of the key products is One8 commune, an everyday bar co-owned by Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli. It currently has a presence in five cities, and by the end of 2024, it aims to have 20 outposts across India.
