Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Chef Aditya Kulkarni as its new Executive Chef. Bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and a refined approach to culinary artistry, Chef Aditya steps into his new role with a vision to elevate the hotel’s dining experiences.

Recognized for its dynamic culinary landscape and commitment to excellence, Four Seasons Mumbai continues to redefine luxury gastronomy in the city. Chef Aditya’s arrival marks an exciting new chapter, reinforcing the hotel’s dedication to innovative cuisine and world-class service.

In his new role, Chef Aditya will oversee all culinary operations, including the hotel’s renowned restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet services. He will focus on enhancing menu offerings, nurturing culinary talent, and crafting exceptional dining experiences that blend Mumbai’s rich food heritage with the contemporary elegance of Four Seasons.

A gold medallist from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles at esteemed Oberoi properties in Mumbai, Rajvilas, and Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at The Bay Club, where he played a key role in shaping its distinctive food and beverage identity.
