In his new role, Chef Aditya will oversee all culinary operations, including the hotel’s renowned restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet services. He will focus on enhancing menu offerings, nurturing culinary talent, and crafting exceptional dining experiences that blend Mumbai’s rich food heritage with the contemporary elegance of Four Seasons.
A gold medallist from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya brings a wealth of experience from his previous leadership roles at esteemed Oberoi properties in Mumbai, Rajvilas, and Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at The Bay Club, where he played a key role in shaping its distinctive food and beverage identity.
