By the conclusion of fiscal year 2025 (FY25), Cafe Delhi Heights intends to expand to 50 locations as part of its expansion into the Indian market. According to ETHospitalityWorld, the chain plans to grow to 120 outlets and hit a revenue milestone of Rs5bn ($58.3m) by 2028. The company began as a single cafe in Delhi, India, in 2011 and has now expanded to become a nationwide franchise with 46 locations across 16 cities.
In addition to seeking to increase its geographic reach, Cafe Delhi Heights intends to improve customer experiences and develop its menu. The business is now targeting Tier 2 cities like Jaipur and Meerut for its next round of expansion, after operating in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Gurugram.
The brand will get closer to its objective of running 50 locations with this approach .Cafe Delhi Heights is launching new projects that complement its mission and vision in an effort to diversify. These include Ikigai, Iki & Gai, an eating experience founded on the Japanese concept of purpose, and Savara, a coastal dining concept. Other businesses include JLB (Juicy Lucy Burgers), which specializes in gourmet burgers, and the Comfort Bakehouse, which is a gourmet bakery and delivery service. These programs demonstrate the brand’s commitment to satisfying changing consumer expectations.
