Roles and Responsibilities
- Menu Planning and Preparation:
Creating customized menus that align with client preferences, dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, allergies), and seasonal ingredients.
- Ingredient and InventoryManagement:
Storing, and organizing ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Cooking and Food Preparation:
Preparing meals according to instructions and recipes, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Plating and Presentation:
Creating visually appealing and delicious meals, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cooking equipment and utensils.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Hotel Management
- Sc in Catering Service
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management
Experience
- Must possessing 5 star hotel experience.
- 3 – 5 yrs experience in Hotel industry as Chef.
- Chef having experience as personal chef is more preferrable.
Skills
- Must be good in South Indian and North Indian Dishes.
- Excellent communication and discretion
- Presentation skills
- Table Mannerism
- Inventory Maintenance Skills
- Time management and scheduling
