Bengaluru: Curefoods has purchased the pan-India rights to the well-known coffee and doughnut brand Krispy Kreme. With this initiative, Curefoods is strategically expanding into the northern part of the country, which will allow it to expand Krispy Kreme’s presence throughout India.
This acquisition includes the takeover of 11 Krispy Kreme stores in Delhi NCR, including Worldmark Aerocity, Select City Walk Mall Saket, Ambience Mall Gurgaon, Promenade Mall Vasant Kunj, and Mall of India Noida. The company previously held exclusive distribution rights for South India. The acquisition consists of seven physical retail outlets and four cloud kitchens. With this growth, Curefoods now runs more than 100 Krispy Kreme locations nationwide, including a combination of cloud kitchens and dine-in locations.

Although this news signifies Curefoods’ entry into North India, the company has also laid out plans to expand its footprint in in other regions of the nation, particularly western markets like Mumbai, in the future. By utilizing its extensive distribution networks, operational flexibility, and consumer insights, Curefoods hopes to bring popular food brands from around the world closer to Indian consumers. This acquisition supports this goal.
