Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort, located in the capital city, is gearing up to launch the ‘The Local Culinary Heritage of Bangladesh 2023’ food festival on October 5, a celebration of the country’s diverse culinary traditions.
From October 5 to October 30, both local and foreign guests will have the opportunity to savor authentic delicacies from all eight divisions of Bangladesh. This festival aims to showcase the rich and varied food culture of the nation.
Shahid Hamid, Executive Director of Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort, expressed ‘As the most popular Bangladeshi hotel brand, we are always inspired to promote and introduce Bangladeshi local and traditional cuisine using authentic spices to locals and foreigners.’
Ahmed Hossain, Director for Food and Beverage at the hotel, highlights, ‘With this festival, we are bringing delicacies from all across Bangladesh, delving deeper into the inner food culture of each division of the country.’
