Kachhatiya joins the team with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, bringing a wealth of expertise to enhance the hotel’s dining offerings and overall guest satisfaction.

In his role as F&B Manager, Kachhatiya will lead all aspects of the hotel’s dining and beverage services, including culinary guest experiences. His focus will be on the qualitative enhancement and transformation of the F&B offerings, building high-performance teams committed to guest-first service, and maximizing market insights. He will also work closely with the culinary leadership to design wholesome menus, beverage programs, and immersive guest experiences.
Kachhatiya’s extensive professional background includes holding various leadership positions at renowned hotel chains such as:
- The Westin Mumbai Garden City
- Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport
In his previous roles, he served as Assistant F&B Manager, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, managing restaurant and banquet operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
