The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF), a famous Indian restaurant, will be holding a four-day pop-up event at the Radisson Hotel & Residences from June 5 to 8, 2025, so foodies in Kathmandu are in for a royal gastronomic treat.
In addition to its renowned kababs, fragrant curries, and royal Indian hospitality, TGKF provides a distinctive dining experience that draws inspiration from a bank of 450 traditional kabab recipes from all over the Indian subcontinent. The prix-fixe menu, which includes smokey kababs, rich biryanis, savory curries, exotic breads, and luscious desserts, will be served unlimited in a factory-themed setting, according to a press release issued by TGKF.
With more than 22 locations worldwide, TGKF has established a reputation for 26 years by fusing traditional recipes with modern methods. In addition to vegetarian favorites like tandoori broccoli and subz galouti, the menu has signature dishes like the Galauti and Burrah kababs.
This is TGKF’s first time in Nepal, and it promises to be an amazing experience of rustic Indian flavors presented with style and elegance.
