After enchanting diners for over 3.5 years in Mumbai and establishing a strong presence in Pune, Kyma now opens its doors in Hyderabad — marking a significant milestone in its journey from a beloved restaurant to an immersive dining experience. The new Hyderabad outpost reflects Kyma’s evolving identity. The thoughtfully designed space — with its clay-toned walls, textured stone, tribal-inspired flooring, and warm wooden ceilings — creates an ambiance that is both serene and sophisticated, perfectly complementing the culinary artistry on offer.
Kyma’s menu continues to blend comfort and creativity, drawing from both Mediterranean traditions and bold Asian influences. Popular signature dishes like Prawns Rubiyan, Chicken Shish Tawook, Egyptian Koshari, and Classic Lebneh Shug Pockets return, now joined by fresh innovations such as Kimchi-Jjigae Soup, Truffle Spinach Asparagus Salad, and Salmon Tiradito.
A special spotlight shines on Kyma’s dumplings, with imaginative offerings like Truffle Edamame Money Bags and Rendang Gyoza, while sushi lovers can indulge in creative rolls such as the Italiano Salmon Roll and Quinoa Avocado Roll. Standout entrées like the Salmon Tom Yum with wasabi mash, Lamb Chop Bulgogi, and the Samgyeopsal Platter are crafted to be both shareable and unforgettable.
The cocktail program — known as Liquid Atlas — offers a journey of its own, with drinks that span continents and cultures. Signature sips such as the Za’atar Collins, Whispers in Casablanca, and Aegean Spritz pay tribute to the Mediterranean’s coastal charm, while the Kyoto Garden, Bangkok Breeze, and Taipei Swirl explore the subtle nuances of Asian mixology. Each cocktail tells a story, blending rare infusions, local botanicals, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
“Hyderabad is a city rich in culture, character, and cuisine. Launching Kyma here is not just about expansion — it’s about honouring soulful dining in a place that truly appreciates it,” said Narayan Poojari, Founder of Kyma and Shiv Sagar Foods & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. “Kyma is inspired by where we’ve been, and created for where we’re going. Each element — from the food to the cocktails — is made to speak to the soul.”
Nikita Poojari, Director at Shiv Sagar Foods & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., shared, “Kyma’s journey from Mumbai to Pune and now Hyderabad has always been driven by the desire to create meaningful experiences. Hyderabad’s blend of tradition and innovation makes it the perfect setting for our next chapter.” Dessert lovers will find their sweet spot with indulgent options like the Baklava Cheesecake, the fragrant Saffron Milk Cake, and the dramatic, must-try Kunafa — each crafted to leave a lasting impression.
“Creating Kyma Hyderabad was more than just design; it was about emotion, intention, and sensory depth,” said Ankita Poojari, Director. “In a city so alive with energy, we wanted to offer a space that feels calm, soulful, and transportive. Kyma isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience.” Nikhil Rochlani, Managing Partner and Director, summed it up perfectly: “Kyma Hyderabad represents a defining moment for us. It’s a symbol of our growth and the deep bond we share with our patrons. Hyderabad is the ideal canvas for our next story.”
