Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hires Neelabh Sahay As The New Director Of Operations

Neelabh Sahay is appointed as the Director of Operations at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Neelabh is responsible for managing the hotel’s overall operations and devising and executing operational plans to sustain its market position.

Vishal Gupta, General Manager, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, said, “We’re thrilled to have Neelabh join our team at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. With his experience in the F&B realm, we plan to reposition our restaurants and bars to create a niche in the market. We look forward to continuing to innovate and grow together in this new position. “

Prior to joining Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Neelabh worked as Head of Food and Beverage at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences where he was responsible for F&B along with the Culinary Department. A hardworking professional with over 18 years of experience in his field, Neelabh has been recognized for organizing many successful initiatives and was awarded the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards “Food and Beverage Person of the Year” in 2024.

The Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from IHM Pusa, New Delhi and the Culinary Department Leadership Program from Oberoi Center for Learning and Development are among the qualifications that Neelabh has obtained.

In the restaurant industry, his career started as a chef at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and later moved to food and beverage services at Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences..

 Neelabh Sahay said, “I am excited to be a part of the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach family and look forward to reinventing food and beverage in a more global, chic, and concept-based space.”

Outside of work, he likes to read and deepen his knowledge of the latest global technology. As head chef, he relaxes by experimenting with new recipes that combine unusual flavor profiles to create something new.
