- Middle East: A significant focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia, featuring the debut of Six Senses Dubai The Palm (UAE), the first Regent hotel in the Middle East with Regent Jeddah Corniche (Saudi Arabia), and multiple properties under the Six Senses and InterContinental brands aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, such as Six Senses AMAALA.
- Americas & Asia: Expansion includes the debut of Kimpton Tres Rios Riviera Maya (Mexico) and Kimpton Suntaya Bali Ubud (Indonesia), along with new InterContinental properties in South Africa, Australia, and Nepal.
Brand Innovations and Strategic Significance
This luxury development wave is strategically significant, driving brand differentiation through unique, high-value offerings:
- Six Senses is growing its urban footprint with properties like Six Senses London, which will feature the first-ever Six Senses Place, a private wellness and community space.
- Regent is making a statement with the Regent Jeddah Corniche, set to redefine luxury in the Middle East.
- Kimpton continues its global expansion, bringing its signature warmth, design-led focus, and personalized amenities (like pet-friendly stays) to new markets, including its debut in Indonesia.
