The Old-World Hospitality group’s EHV International operates Comorin. Director Rishiv Khattar came up with the initial idea, and Russell SageStudio, a renowned London-based design firm, produced the design. Mumbai’s Nilaya Anthology will host the opening of Delhi NCR’s Comorin restaurant, which serves inventive regional Indian food with a cutting-edge beverage program. Russell Sage Studio, a renowned design firm with headquarters in London, conceived the initial concept, which was developed by Rishiv Khattar, a director at the company. For Comorin in Mumbai, they once more worked together to create a design that aims to give patrons a sense of adventure as they explore and enjoy the restaurant all day and into the night. A remarkable outdoor extension that is genuinely one-of-a-kind in the city, Comorin leads into The Orangery at Nilaya, thanks to architectural design by Incubis Consultants.
Comorin’s brand chef, Dhiraj Dargan, created a menu featuring national comfort foods and unique food pairings. According to a press release from EHV International, the menu includes both new recipes made particularly for Mumbai and some of Comorin’s classic dishes. Craft cocktails, including Comorin’s signature sous vide infusion counter, will be available at Varun Sharma’s bar, which is overseen by EHV International’s head of bars and mixologist.

The program encourages customers to participate in a customized wine adventure without the commitment of a whole bottle, offering an exceptional assortment of more than 50 different wines, all of which are offered by the glass.
