Pizza Chain Si Nonna’s opens 3 new Outlets in Bengaluru

-KH News Desk (cbedit@imaws.org)

Si Nonna’s, a restaurant chain offering Neapolitan pizzas, has announced the opening of three new outlets at Marks Square, Koramangala and Utopia in the city of Bangalore, India.

The chain’s menu features its signature sourdough pizza, which undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process – a method inspired by Nonna Galliano’s mother’s dough recipe in Naples. Offering a variety of toppings, from classic vegetarian to vegan options, chicken and pork, Si Nonna’s caters to a wide range of tastes.

The menu also offers panuozzos [Italian pizza-bread sandwiches] such as mushroom and bell pepper with pesto, a range of salads, fried snacks and sides, Si Nonna’s coolers and assorted iced teas. For dessert there is Tiramisu, Affogato and gelatos including Sicilian pistachio and Belgian Dark Chocolate.

Following the success of its initial Bangalore location in JP Nagar, Si Nonna’s has brought its signature pizzas to three more neighbourhoods of the city, replicating the quality and authenticity which have made it well-known in Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Delhi and Surat.

Si Nonna’s outlets create an immersive experience in which diners can observe the open kitchens and participate in a “make-your-own-pizza” activity. Each location is committed to building community and joy, hosting events such as pizza-making workshops, birthday parties and special dining events. Si Nonna’s founder Ayush Jatia stated: “We are thrilled to expand our presence in Bangalore with Marks Square and Koramangala.”

“Bangalore has a discerning food culture, and these new locations offer an opportunity for us to connect with more food enthusiasts who appreciate the art of sourdough pizza-making.” “Si Nonna’s opens three new restaurants in Bangalore, India” was originally created and published by Verdict Food Service, a GlobalData owned brand.
