Punjab Grill, the flagship fine-dining brand from Lite Bite Foods, has announced the launch of its 58th outlet at Sky City Mall in Borivali, Mumbai. This milestone opening reinforces the brand’s commitment to expanding its presence in premium urban destinations while maintaining its reputation for delivering an authentic and sophisticated Punjabi culinary experience.

Located on the 3rd floor of the mall, the new restaurant blends the grandeur of Punjab’s historic culinary traditions with a contemporary, elegant design suitable for the bustling suburban market. The menu continues to highlight the brand’s celebrated expertise in robust North Indian cuisine, including its signature slow-cooked curries and tandoori specialties.

Key menu highlights at the new location include:

  • Classic Favourites: Signature Butter Chicken and the iconic Dal Punjab Grill.

  • Diverse Range: A wide selection of robust tandoori kebabs, fragrant biryanis, and artisanal breads.

  • Vegetarian Excellence: A dedicated array of vegetarian specialties that have defined the brand’s culinary standards.

Rohit Aggarwal, Founder and Managing Director, Lite Bite Foods, commented: “Opening our 58th outlet is a proud milestone for Punjab Grill. Mumbai remains a key market for us, and Sky City Mall offers an exciting opportunity to connect with discerning diners who appreciate refined North Indian cuisine in a premium setting”.

The expansion into Borivali follows recent successful openings in other high-potential regions, including Thane and Noida, as the brand continues its “royal journey” across India.
