A seasoned hospitality professional will oversee F&B operations in upscale establishments, enhancing visitor experiences with creativity and quality. Shashi Pal has been appointed as the new Food & Beverage Manager of the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. Shashi, a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 15 years of experience, brings to his new position a solid foundation in high-volume event management, premium dining, and nightlife.

The World Café, High Ultra Lounge, and Horizon are the hotel’s upscale restaurants at The World Trade Center, where he will be in charge of the food and beverage operations. His priorities will include creating creative culinary concepts, optimizing operations, and promoting excellence in visitor experiences.
Experience in leadership for leading hospitality brands
Shashi had previously served in senior leadership positions at Terre and Reset by Plan B BYOB as General Manager and Belcibo Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as Associate General Manager-Operations, where he effectively oversaw renowned nightclubs like Khubani and Imperfecto, before joining the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway.
Along the way, he has collaborated with reputable companies like Olive Bar & Kitchen, Crowne Plaza, and The Westin Hotels & Resorts. He has also organized high-profile events for corporates, celebrities, and diplomats.
Credentials in academia
He graduated from Himachal Pradesh University in Shimla with a Bachelor of Arts and Punjab Technical University with an MSc in Airline Tourism and Hospitality Management.
