If you’re celebrating a special occasion, or perhaps if you simply would like to treat yourself to an indulgent meal, keep Apolo’s Food Village in mind for your next feast. The naturally-lit space features earthy VIBGYOR tones complemented by seats in cream tones, channelling the sense of joie de vivre that the restaurant intends to offer. The design team has attempted to have vocal interiors that go well with the heritage arcade’s original elements, such as its glass-stained split windows, hand-crafted door entrance, and mosaic floor tiles, which retain the historical charm of the space.
True to its promise, the wide selection of cuisines are prepared using revered traditional cooking methods. For example, the Indian food served at Apolo’s Food Village is cooked in handmade mud pots, and plates sourced from India’s fertile Kaveri Delta region and garnished with locally sourced herbs and spices. The signature neem chopping board is another excellent example of adapting culinary practices from local regions. The restaurant also has a quaint Indian Mithai corner and a diverse menu of appetizing desserts to satiate your sweet tooth.
It also features a full-fledged, state-of-the-art LOFTY PEAKS bar that serves classic and exotic spirits, craft cocktails, and a medley of beverages.
