His career milestones include serving as Head of Catering at ITC Hotels Bengaluru, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Dubai and Taj West End Bengaluru, where he also managed the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) and Social Selling functions. Syed’s strategic leadership has brought significant revenue to the organization, achieving remarkable results and exceeding guest expectations.
In his last position as Head of MICE, Syed demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the operational activities of large events such as conferences, weddings, meetings, exhibitions and product launches. With his expertise in revenue management, goal setting and team building alongside customer relationship building, he consistently met and exceeded sales targets. This was an invaluable skill for him.
