Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has confirmed the signing of a Thai-owned resort in Kollam, Kerala. The resort is a brownfield project. The resort is situated on a 13-acre plot on the scenic Thirumullavaram beach and offers nearly 600 meters of pristine beach. The hotel has 205 rooms, each of which has a wonderful view of the Arabian Sea.
