The Fern Hotels & Resorts appointed key managerial personnel across three of its properties, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest experience.
Deepak Saini, with 14 years of hospitality experience, joins Jawai Zinc Journey by The Fern, Rajasthan, as Squad Champion. He will oversee operations, guest experiences, and service standards. Specializing in room division management, he brings expertise in front office, reservations, guest relations, and housekeeping. Previously, he held key roles at ITC Group and Radisson Group, known for his strategic problem-solving and guest-centric approach.
Geeta Negi, with 14 years of hospitality experience, will oversee daily operations at Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficiency across departments. She will manage staff training, guest engagement, operational costs, and compliance. Previously, she worked with Club Mahindra and Taj Hotels, specializing in front office management and guest services.
Nikita will oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and team coordination, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. She previously managed front office operations at Amanora The Fern–An Ecotel Hotel, Pune, and contributed to fine dining service at Le Pont de la Tour.
