Having worked for top hospitality companies for more than ten years, Kanish provides a dynamic approach to improving guest experiences, food and beverage operations, and service innovation.
A Driven Executive in Hospitality
Kanish started his career in hospitality in 2012 and worked his way up the ranks, most recently as the Assistant Director of Events at The Ritz-Carlton in Pune. He is a driven and enthusiastic leader. Along the way, he held executive positions at well-known luxury hotels in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and New Delhi, where he developed his skills in banquets, specialty dining, and restaurant management. Renowned for boosting revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and developing top-performing teams, Kanish is dedicated to crafting exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibility and Role
In his new position, Kanish will be in charge of all hotel food and beverage operations, including the bar, banquets, in-room dining, and signature restaurants. He will prioritize innovation, revenue development, and outstanding guest experience.
