With more than 20 years of experience in F&B operations and hotel administration, Pattabiraman offers outstanding knowledge of how to boost staff engagement, increase revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction in top hospitality establishments in India and the Middle East.
Pattabiraman has held important positions at renowned hotels throughout his career, solidifying his reputation as an inventive and dynamic leader. He most recently worked at the Park Hyatt Chennai, India, as the Director of Food and Beverage, where he excelled at strategic management and operational leadership.
With an emphasis on culinary innovation, superior service, and strategic expansion, Pattabiraman will be in charge of all food and beverage operations at The Ritz-Carlton in Bangalore. He will work closely with the hotel’s management group to make sure that dining experiences live up to the high standards of luxury and cultural diversity that have made The Ritz-Carlton famous throughout the world.
In his new role as head of the Food & Beverage division, Pattabiraman will elevate the hotel’s many dining concepts with his trademark fusion of creative vision and operational competence. By celebrating Karnataka’s rich culinary legacy and showcasing the best international cuisines, his strategic approach hopes to establish The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore as the city’s hub for culinary innovation and quality.
