Universal Oleoresins , is looking for a Chef on a full time/ consulting/ part-time basis. The main job involves experimenting and developing equivalent liquid spice versions of traditional spice extracts. The able candidate has experience in creating new recipes and innovate with liquid spices to showcase their versatility and benefits.
Use Case Identification:
* Identify and document various use cases for liquid spice extracts within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) segment.
* Work closely with cafes, restaurants, and caterers to integrate liquid spices into their menus.
Demonstrations and training:
* Conduct cooking demonstrations and training sessions for HORECA clients to showcase the use of liquid spice extracts.
* Educate chefs and kitchen staff on the benefits and applications of liquid spices.
Economic Benefits Analysis:
* Analyze and demonstrate the economic benefits of using liquid spice extracts, such as cost savings, consistency in flavor, and reduced preparation time.
* Prepare case studies and reports to highlight these benefits to potential and existing clients.
Recipe Curation and Documentation:
* Curate and document a comprehensive collection of recipes using liquid spices, catering to a variety of cuisines and dining experiences.
* Regularly update and expand the recipe collection to keep it fresh and relevant.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
* Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in pitching products to clients.
* Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including videos, social media content, and written materials showcasing recipes and use cases.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized institution.
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in the HORECA segment. Experience in a consulting chef role is a plus.
Skills:
* Extensive knowledge of spices and their culinary applications.
* Strong culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach to recipe development.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and client teams.
* Strong analytical skills to assess economic benefits and prepare detailed reports.
