At the Horizon Tower, which is close to the World Trade Center, one8 Commune has launched its thirteenth location in Jaipur. It has a glasshouse, a courtyard, regional food, a martini menu, and a coffee program that features hand brews and local beans.
One8 Commune, Virat Kohli’s hospitality business, has announced the opening of its newest location in Jaipur. This is the 13th store for the brand, which has recently expanded to Indore,
Pune, and Gurgaon. Located in the Horizon Tower next to the World Trade Centre, the Jaipur outpost seeks to provide a venue that unites community, design, and cuisine. The space, which was created by Sanjana Singh of Saaz Designs, combines tiered lighting, natural materials, and textures. Open space and inside comfort are combined in this setting thanks to features like macramé chandeliers, handwoven cane inlays, warm oak rafters, and an open courtyard with cabanas and palm trees. The venue features a floating chandelier, a preserved dry tree, and a center glasshouse with sculptured accents as a peaceful area.
Along with some modern interpretations, the menu combines regional and local inspirations. Soy Keema Phyllo Rolls, Banjara Chicken Kebab Tacos, Nepalese Jhol Momos, and Lehsuni Palak Burrata are among the other dishes that showcase local flavors in a unique way, such as Dal Baati Chaat, Beetroot Jalebi Chaat, and Karela Namkeen.
There are many different options on the menu, such as curries such Safed Maas and Champaran Mutton, dim sum, risottos, and one-pot bowls. Desserts include tres leches, blueberry almond skillet cakes, and Ferrero Rocher pull-me-ups.
