Bengaluru – Renowned international bakery and café brand PAUL is set to debut in Bengaluru this August with the opening of its first outlet at Orion Gateway Mall, Rajajinagar. Spanning 3,850 square feet in a scenic lakeside alfresco setting, the outlet promises a full-service French dining experience that blends elegance with authenticity.
With a legacy of over 135 years, PAUL’s foray into Bengaluru marks a strategic expansion of its presence in India, bringing to the city a wide array of French culinary classics. The menu will feature signature dishes such as quiche lorraine, croque monsieur, savoury crêpes, French onion soup, and canelés, alongside artisanal sourdough Napoletana pizzas, tartines, risottos, gourmet sandwiches, salads, and pastas. Staying true to its heritage, PAUL combines locally and globally sourced ingredients, emphasizing quality and authenticity. Guests can also enjoy PAUL’s celebrated French bakery offerings, including croissants, pain au chocolat, viennoiseries, and indulgent hot chocolate—all in line with its globally consistent standards.
