AKU’s The Burger Co. makes its mark in Delhi with the opening of a flagship outlet in the prestigious Vasant Vihar locality. This spacious 48-seater establishment aims to become the top choice for those seeking a high-quality yet fast-casual dining experience.
Chef and Co-Founder, Akriti Malhotra, expresses, “We’ve brought in a new concept for the space but our vision for AKU’s remains the same. We will continue to bring you the most honest, handcrafted premium gourmet burgers in town, using only the freshest ingredients. We will provide the perfect place for anyone looking for healthy indulgence in a fast-casual and relaxed manner. We also carved out a little space for our 4-legged dog friends at this new store.”
Thanks to an undisclosed investment in their seed round from burger culture pioneer Vikram Bakshi, AKU’s has the resources to expand further across Delhi, with this flagship store being just the beginning. Combining operational expertise with AKU’s passion for delivering the finest burgers, they are excited about this journey together.
Since their inception in January 2018 with the first outlet in Defence Colony, AKU’s has been synonymous with serving fresh and exceptional burgers. The new flagship outlet showcases trendy Scandinavian-style high and low tables, comfortable seating couches, and a color scheme of grey, yellow, and white, with yellow representing the brand’s identity.
In addition to their sought-after gourmet burgers, AKU’s flagship outlet introduces an expanded menu that caters to diverse tastes. Patrons can now relish a variety of options, including salads, delicious hot dogs, classic French Fries with gravy (poutine), loaded tortilla chips, and the timeless spaghetti with meatballs—bringing an American-fare touch to the menu. The beverage selection has also grown, featuring freshly squeezed Orange Spritzer, honey-lemon iced tea, and a range of coffee-based drinks made with Devan’s Coffee Blend. To satisfy dessert cravings, AKU’s offers their unique take on the classic Nutella Bun Sandwich. Soon, customers will have the pleasure of pairing their favorite burgers with their choice of beer or wine.
