Roseate Hotels & Resorts is establishing itself as a luxury pioneer in digital transformation within the Indian hospitality sector by integrating advanced 3D digital twin technology across its event venues. The hotel group has formalized a partnership with the event-tech platform Spalba to roll out this technology, marking Roseate as the first hospitality brand in India to adopt the solution at such a significant scale. This strategic move highlights a shift where hotels are leveraging technology to reposition MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) not merely as a service, but as a crucial, technology-driven growth accelerator.
Spalba’s platform specializes in creating highly immersive digital twins—virtual replicas—of Roseate’s event spaces. This innovative technology grants clients the unprecedented ability to virtually explore venues and experiment with different event layouts in real time. Planners can accurately simulate décor choices, seating arrangements, and stage configurations, gaining a near-perfect preview of the final setup before making any commitment.
The CEO of Roseate Hotels & Resorts, Kush Kapoor, emphasized the strategic importance of this integration, stating that the future of hospitality will be defined by the speed of digital integration. He noted that virtual replicas offer clients enhanced control and transparency, simultaneously enabling the hotel to meet the growing demand for faster and more flexible planning models. Kapoor characterized the shift as a fundamental structural change in how event spaces are marketed, booked, and executed.
The technology offers substantial efficiency gains by reducing the need for multiple, time-consuming site visits, thereby streamlining the decision-making process for corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
Vishal Puri, Co-Founder of Spalba, corroborated this, highlighting that hotels utilizing the platform have already reported key benefits, including accelerated sales cycles, higher conversion rates, and improved customer satisfaction. The digital twin approach is seen as a quantifiable advantage that helps hotels align with global benchmarks for innovation and operational efficiency.
The partnership is set to initially launch with Roseate’s flagship properties in India, with plans for a broader, group-wide implementation. This commitment underscores Roseate Hotels & Resorts’ determination to lead the luxury segment in shaping the future vision and execution of MICE and wedding events.
