Bringing over two decades of international experience, Ramirez’s career has spanned multiple continents and prestigious luxury brands, establishing a legacy defined by creativity, innovation, and operational excellence in the F&B domain. Often lauded as “The Magician of Spirits” and “The Alchemist,” Ramirez is renowned for his influence in reshaping beverage programs at high-profile properties, including Lebua at State Tower in Bangkok and various Anantara Hotels under the Minor Group. His signature ability lies in harmonizing artistic expression with meticulous operational precision, earning him international acclaim as both a Group Mixologist and Creative Director.
In his new leadership role, Ramirez will be tasked with spearheading the creative transformation and operational refinement of the hotel’s entire beverage landscape. This includes introducing immersive guest experiences through innovative bar programming, conceptualizing design-forward outlet concepts, and fostering dynamic team development.
His vision for bringing emotionally resonant and experiential drinking to life is immediately showcased with the debut of “The Astromixology Menu.” This signature, zodiac-inspired cocktail menu, introduced at the hotel’s NOX bar, invites guests to discover a unique libation specifically crafted to align with their star sign. Each cocktail is presented as an ode to the “personality, palette, and poetry of the zodiac.”
