Minor Hotels Australasia has announced the appointment of Anup Mathur to the newly created role of Account Director – India. Based in Bengaluru, Mathur will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening strategic partnerships across India, a market identified by the group as having significant long-term potential for travel into Australia and New Zealand.

Expertise: Mathur brings over 17 years of experience in hospitality sales, having held senior positions at global brands including Marriott International and Accor.

Proven Track Record: Most recently, he served as Account Director, Global Sales at Marriott, where he managed key international accounts and delivered sustained revenue growth.

Core Mandate: In his new capacity, he will work closely with Minor Hotels’ extensive portfolio in Australasia to source new business opportunities and deepen engagement with Indian travel partners.
