Eco Hotels Enters Boutique Hospitality Segment with Strategic Udaipur Signing

-KH News Desk (editorial1@imaws.org)

Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has announced its entry into the boutique hospitality segment with the signing of a new property in Udaipur. This move marks the debut of the company’s fourth brand, The Eco Boutique, joining its existing portfolio of The Eco, Eco Xpress, and Eco Value.

Set against the scenic backdrop of the Aravali mountain range, the upcoming property will feature 20 thoughtfully designed rooms that blend artistic elegance with modern comfort. A standout feature of the hotel is GG’s, a pure vegetarian, double-decker rooftop restaurant. This dining venue will offer both open-to-sky and covered seating, providing guests with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Scheduled to open in March 2026, the project aligns with the company’s strategy to establish a presence in culturally rich, high-demand leisure destinations.

Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Chairman of Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, commented: “Eco Boutique Udaipur aims to deliver a refined hospitality experience that reflects the cultural richness and natural beauty of the region, while strengthening the company’s presence in high-growth markets with a continued focus on sustainability and operational excellence.”

Vikram Doshi, Director – Finance & CFO, added: “The signing reflects the company’s focused approach toward expanding into high-demand leisure markets with strong revenue potential, while maintaining operational efficiency and financial discipline.”
