The Oberoi Group Unveils Naila Fort: Its First Ultra-Luxury Private Residence Near Jaipur

-KH News Desk (editorial1@imaws.org)

The Oberoi Group has announced a landmark expansion into the high-end residential segment with the opening of Naila Fort – An Oberoi Luxury Residence. Located 25 km from Jaipur, this meticulously restored 19th-century fortification is set to welcome its first guests on February 15, 2026.

Originally built in 1849 by the Champawat clan, the fort has been reimagined as a secluded, four-bedroom private villa that can only be reserved in its entirety. This ensures total discretion and privacy for discerning travelers. The residence features sunlit courtyards, carved archways, and expansive terraces with sweeping views of the Aravalli hills.

The guest experience begins with a traditional Ganesh Vandana ceremony at the fort’s private temple. Dining at Naila Fort is a highly personalized affair, with menus designed daily by Oberoi chefs in consultation with guests, featuring royal Rajasthani, Mughal, and international cuisines. Facilities include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a mirror-adorned dining hall reflecting Rajasthan’s rich craftsmanship.

Arjun Oberoi, Executive Chairman of The Oberoi Group, commented: “Restoring Naila Fort has been an act of both responsibility and reverence. It stands as a reminder that heritage, when cared for with integrity, can continue to inspire and enrich contemporary life. Through this residence, we offer our guests an experience shaped by authenticity, privacy and enduring craftsmanship.”

Vikram Oberoi, CEO of The Oberoi Group, added: “Naila Fort represents a thoughtful evolution of how we extend Oberoi hospitality. It allows us to offer something deeply personal – the space, discretion and freedom of a private home, combined with the service philosophy and exacting standards that define our hotels worldwide.”
