SoupX has launched its first hospital-linked outlet, SoupX – Sip of Health, at Aarvy Healthcare Hospital in Gurugram. This marks the debut of a specialized food services format designed to provide clean, balanced, and nutritious meals for patients, caregivers, medical staff, and visitors within healthcare environments.
The outlet operates on rigorous hygiene protocols, standardized preparation processes, and portion-controlled menus tailored for high-footfall settings. The expansion strategy is aggressive, with SoupX planning to open 12–15 additional locations across Delhi-NCR in the next three months, and a long-term goal of reaching 1,000 outlets across India over the next five years.
Surinder Arora, Chairman of Jasper Group, emphasized the necessity of the format: “In such environments, access to food that is clean, balanced and easy to consume becomes important to the overall experience. SoupX – Sip of Health has been created to work alongside existing hospital facilities by offering a reliable option for simple, nutritious meals within the premises.”
Uttam Kumar, Founder & CEO of SoupX, added:“Our immediate focus is on getting the execution right across healthcare locations, understanding footfall patterns and usage behaviour, and only then taking the model to other suitable environments.”
