The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new SeleQtions resort in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. This project marks the debut of the SeleQtions brand in the city and signifies IHCL’s 20th hotel in the Bengaluru market. The project involves the conversion and expansion of the existing Prakruthi Resort into a 120-key upscale destination in partnership with BABA Developers Private Limited.

Strategically located in North Bengaluru, the SeleQtions Prakruthi Resort is positioned to tap into the rapid development of the Devanahalli aerospace and IT corridors, as well as the continued expansion of the nearby international airport. The hotel will feature diverse culinary options including an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and a lounge.

For business and social events, the property will offer over 6,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space along with multiple meeting rooms. Wellness facilities will include a signature spa, a fully equipped gym, and a swimming pool.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, stated: “Bengaluru is among the fastest-growing cities in the country… North Bengaluru, particularly Devanahalli, is witnessing rapid development driven by the expansion of the airport. The signing of this hotel, the first SeleQtions in Bengaluru, will cater to this growth and expand our brandscape.”

Parvataneni Sasibhushan, Managing Director, BABA Developers Private Limited, added: “We are delighted to partner with IHCL to bring the SeleQtions brand to Bengaluru and create a distinctive hospitality experience in Devanahalli.”
