Bharti Real Estate has announced that India’s inaugural Time Out Market will open at 5 Worldmark in Aerocity, New Delhi. This landmark launch, scheduled for the second half of 2026, marks the global brand’s first entry into the Indian market, joining an elite list of host cities including Lisbon, New York, Dubai, and Cape Town.

Spanning approximately 24,500 square feet, the curated marketplace will serve as a hub for the city’s top culinary and cultural talent. The venue is designed to accommodate around 500 guests and will feature:

  • 11 diverse kitchens showcasing award-winning chefs and local favorites.

  • Two full-service bars and a private events room.

  • A dedicated stage for live performances and cultural activations.

Strategically located within the Worldmark Aerocity ecosystem—a 17-million-square-foot business and lifestyle district—the market is positioned to attract international travelers, business professionals, and local urbanites. The deal was facilitated by India Sotheby’s International Realty.

S K Sayal, MD and CEO of Bharti Real Estate, stated: “Time Out Market’s opening in India… adds to Worldmark’s reputation as the country’s most comprehensive business and lifestyle destination. This association shows our commitment to making Worldmark India’s best business district to work, meet, eat, and do business.”

Chris Ohlund, CEO of Time Out Group plc, added: “Since the first Time Out Market launched in 2014, we have created, rooted in our iconic Time Out brand, a leading global food and cultural market… we are excited to expand our growing portfolio into India.”
