NILE Hospitality has announced a landmark partnership with Accor to open Novotel Nagpur, marking the management company’s first venture with a global brand in Central India. The development is set to strengthen Nagpur’s hospitality landscape, catering to the city’s growing importance as a logistics and commercial gateway.
The hotel will feature 120 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, aimed at both business and leisure travelers. Its culinary landscape includes a multi-cuisine restaurant with an open live kitchen, a bar, and a deli. For the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment, the property offers over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including a banquet hall and a terrace lawn, making it a prime venue for weddings and corporate events.
Leisure facilities at the property include an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and a well-equipped gym. This project underscores NILE Hospitality’s commitment to third-party hotel management in high-growth Indian cities.
Vikram Singh Chauhan, Founder & CEO, NILE Hospitality, commented: “Novotel Nagpur represents a defining milestone in our growth journey… Nagpur is a long-admired destination for us and this opening reaffirms NILE Hospitality’s position at the vanguard of third-party hotel management in India.”
The launch aligns with Accor’s broader strategy to expand its midscale footprint in India’s key tier-2 cities, leveraging local operational expertise to deliver world-class service standards.
