Conrad Pune, the flagship luxury destination from Hilton in the city, has announced the appointment of Cindrella Gomes as its new Director of Food & Beverage. In this pivotal role, she will be responsible for spearheading the hotel’s F&B operations, with a primary focus on elevating the culinary journey, enhancing guest engagement, and reinforcing the property’s standing as a premier luxury lifestyle and gastronomic hub.
Ms. Gomes brings over 17 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality. Prior to joining Conrad Pune, she served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. Her career also includes leadership tenures at world-class brands such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hyatt, and Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Known for her expertise in pre-opening strategies and guest-centric innovation, she will now lead the culinary vision across Conrad Pune’s restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.
