  • Career Foundation: She began her HR career at Manipal Hospitals before transitioning into the hospitality sector with Berggruen Hotels, where she advanced to the position of Team Leader – Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, compliance, payroll, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
