Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur appointed Chef Supratim Ghatak as the new Executive Chef. With over a decade of experience in leading culinary teams and curating exceptional dining experiences, Chef Ghatak is set to bring a fresh perspective and innovative flavors to the hotel.

Prior to joining Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, Chef Ghatak served as the Executive Chef at Grand Mercure Goa. During his tenure, he was instrumental in elevating the culinary offerings and enhancing guest experiences by blending traditional techniques with modern culinary trends.

In his new role at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, Chef Ghatak will focus on introducing menus that celebrate local Rajasthani flavors while incorporating global influences. His dedication to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients aligns with Fairfield’s commitment to offering authentic and memorable dining experiences.
