Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Town has announced the appointment of Gaurav Singh as its new Executive Chef. With over 18 years of diverse experience in luxury hospitality and high-volume culinary operations, Chef Gaurav is set to oversee the entire food and beverage direction for the dual-branded Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn complex.
Chef Gaurav’s professional journey includes leadership roles at prestigious global brands such as Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, he served as the Executive Chef at a major Marriott property, where he was recognized for his expertise in modernizing traditional cuisines and managing massive banquet infrastructures.
Key Focus Areas for the New Appointment:

Five-Outlet Management: He will lead the culinary teams across the complex’s signature dining venues, including the Mediterranean-inspired Neo Kitchen, the rooftop lounge Fabelle, and the social hub Atmosphere.

MICE Mastery: Given the property’s integration with a 60,000 sq. ft. convention center, Chef Gaurav will be responsible for executing high-end, large-scale catering for global corporate summits and luxury weddings.

Menu Engineering: A core part of his mandate involves introducing seasonal, “hyper-local” ingredients to the Manyata business hub, focusing on nutritious yet gourmet options for the modern corporate traveler.

Operational Excellence: Chef Gaurav aims to enhance kitchen efficiency through advanced food-tech integration and a zero-waste approach, aligning with Hilton’s global “Travel with Purpose” sustainability goals.
