This greenfield project, developed in partnership with Billore Ventures Pvt Ltd, is strategically positioned to capture the burgeoning demand in North Bengaluru’s fast-growing corridor, which is currently being transformed by infrastructure upgrades in the technology, aerospace, and education sectors.
