Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. has announced the significant elevation of Chirag Punjabi to the role of Chief Strategy & Finance Officer (CSFO).
Punjabi has been an integral part of Impresario’s leadership team for the past five years, working closely with the managing director’s office in his previous capacity to drive strategic initiatives, financial discipline, and overall business growth. In his newly expanded role as CSFO, Punjabi will oversee the three critical functions of Strategy, Finance, and Technology. This alignment aims to ensure stronger collaboration across the departments to power Impresario’s next phase of expansion.
Strategic Realignment and Leadership Structure
As part of this organizational realignment, two key departmental heads will now report directly to Chirag Punjabi:
- Srinivas Rao, Chief Financial Officer
- Hardik Shah, Chief Technology Officer
This change is designed to streamline decision-making and enable greater collaboration across the company’s strategic, financial, and technological priorities.

Punjabi’s tenure at Impresario is described as one of remarkable growth and relentless dedication. He first joined the company in December 2019 as Executive Assistant to the CEO, quickly establishing himself as a trusted strategic partner. His elevation to CSFO is cited as a testament to his hard work, financial acumen, strategic vision, and ability to lead with impact, reflecting the company’s culture of opportunity and growth.
