The EBG Group and AGEON have formed a 50:50 Joint Venture (JV) to launch and rapidly scale India’s first integrated longevity and smart ageing wellness brand. The initiative aims to redefine preventive health, recovery, and vitality nationwide, making evidence-based wellness accessible and scalable.
Strategic Objectives and Key Offerings
The partnership combines AGEON’s clinical excellence and advanced diagnostics with EBG Group’s pan-India franchising, marketing, and technology ecosystem. The strategic goal is massive nationwide expansion, with a plan to establish 50 longevity and preventive health centers across India within the next 12 months, prioritizing major Tier-I and Tier-II cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, and Bengaluru.
Each AGEON Centre will deliver integrated programs focusing on vitality, immunity, recovery, and healthy ageing, built on advanced diagnostics and protocolized care. Core modalities offered include:
- Red light therapy
- Oxygen chambers
- Infrared saunas
- PEMF therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field)
