“Kahin Gum Na Ho Jaaye” – My State My Plate, Season 8

-KH News Desk (editorial1@imaws.org)

Under the aegis of the Royal Rajasthan Chefs Society (RRCS), Rajasthan’s only official chefs’ society, a unique confluence of culinary heritage and culture will be celebrated at Hotel Shikarbadi, Udaipur on October 2, 2025.

President of the Society, Chef Vimal Dhar, shared that this year’s edition is dedicated to the cherished memory of Mrs. Babita Saxena, Founder of Let’s Give Back. She envisioned the preservation of India’s rich culinary traditions and their transmission to future generations.

Highlights of the Event:

  • Showcase of traditional dishes from diverse Indian states, emphasizing regional authenticity.
  • Strong social messages: “Back to Roots” and “Let’s Give Back,” linking culinary skills with cultural and social responsibility.

Event Details:

Participants will present their culinary creations, which will be evaluated by an esteemed panel of Hospitality Industry chefs. This platform is designed not just for competition, but for celebrating the diversity and depth of Indian gastronomy.

The event is meticulously coordinated by Dr. Chef Sangeeta Dhar (State Coordinator), alongside Monto Khan, Culinarian Rashmi Kishore, Chef Devendra, and Chef Prashant (Co-Coordinators).

More than just a culinary showcase, this event is a pledge to reconnect with our cultural roots and contribute meaningfully to society. The presence of renowned chefs from Rajasthan and across India will add immense value, energy, and inspiration to this initiative of the Royal Rajasthan Chefs Society.
