Radisson Hotel Group has announced two pivotal appointments within its Managed Hotels Operational Leadership Team to strengthen its strategic evolution, aiming for greater efficiencies and stronger performance across South Asia as it continues to expand its hotel portfolio in the region.
Key Leadership Appointments
The group has appointed two seasoned leaders to Senior Regional Director roles, leveraging their extensive operational and commercial expertise:
- Vikram Berry appointed Senior Regional Director, Central & East India
- Experience: Berry brings over 25 years of leadership experience across luxury hotels, global hospitality chains, and brand management. He previously served as the Area Director, Marketing and Communication, South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, where he spearheaded the region’s marketing strategy, digital initiatives, and brand compliance.
- Previous Roles: His career includes senior leadership positions at Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Hotels), serving as General Manager for The Connaught, New Delhi, and Taj View, Agra, as well as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. He has also held roles with Accor and other hospitality ventures in Europe.
- Strategic Role: He is recognized for his expertise in brand growth, commercial strategy, and leading multiple hotel pre-openings and turnarounds, positioning him as a key driver of the Group’s growth vision in Central and East India.
- Faisal Nafees appointed Senior Regional Director, West & South India
- Experience: Nafees has over 25 years in the hospitality industry and has been an integral part of Radisson Hotel Group for more than six years. Most recently, he was the General Manager of Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala, successfully positioning it as an ICON Hotel within the South Asia portfolio.
- Previous Roles: Before his current appointment, he successfully led pre-opening projects for properties like Radisson Kufri and Radisson Resort Goa Baga. His career includes leadership roles with prestigious global hospitality brands, including Small Luxury Hotels of the World and overseeing multi-property operations at Lebua Hotels & Resorts across India and Thailand, including Lebua Bangkok.
- Strategic Role: Recognized among Asia’s Top Hospitality Icons, his leadership is known for driving innovation, sustainability, and people-centric approaches, and he will now oversee the critical West and South India markets.
