The brand recorded an impressive total of 60,000 case sales during this period, setting a new benchmark for premium Scotch performance in the Indian market. This standout performance highlights the brand’s rapid acceptance and strong consumer trust, largely attributed to its unique positioning as the first Scotch specially developed for the Indian palate.

The Glenwalk’s surge in sales comes during a period of diversification in the alcohol retail sector, where Scotch remains the preferred choice for gifting and premium purchases among Indian consumers, despite the rise of other categories like Japanese and Irish whiskeys. According to Mokksh Sani, Co-founder of Cartel Bros., the brand’s success is rooted in its “adaptability and foresight,” allowing it to connect deeply with evolving consumer preferences while maintaining the craft and authenticity expected of a quality Scotch. Co-founder Sanjay Dutt noted that The Glenwalk’s strong performance reflects its alignment with consumer expectations for both quality and value. The brand’s international appeal, combined with its steady performance, continues to set a benchmark for excellence as other Indian whisky brands also strengthen their positions in the domestic market.
