Sarovar Hotels has announced the dual opening of Golden Tulip Kukas Jaipur and Skywings Sarovar Portico Mathura, marking a significant expansion in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. These launches align with the group’s strategy to capitalize on the rising demand for spiritual tourism, destination weddings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events in culturally significant markets.
The Golden Tulip Kukas Jaipur is a 90-key property located in an emerging hospitality corridor near Amber Fort. Set against the Aravalli hills, it features an all-day dining restaurant, a spa, a fitness center, and banqueting facilities capable of hosting up to 600 guests. The property is positioned as a resort-style destination for both leisure travelers and large-scale corporate gatherings.
In Uttar Pradesh, Skywings Sarovar Portico Mathura marks the group’s entry into one of India’s most prominent spiritual hubs. The 70-key hotel offers centrally located accommodations with easy access to major temples. It features an all-day diner, a gym, and banquet spaces for up to 400 guests, catering to pilgrims and regional social events.

Ajay K. Bakaya, Chairman, Sarovar Hotels & Director, Louvre Hotels India, commented: “Jaipur and Mathura are high-potential markets supported by strong leisure, pilgrimage and wedding demand. The addition of these two hotels reinforces our commitment to expanding in culturally rich destinations with sustainable growth drivers.”
With these additions, Sarovar Hotels continues its steady growth, currently operating a portfolio of 150 hotels across 87 destinations in India, Nepal, and Africa.
