The Leela Palace Jaipur has officially launched The Amber Terrace, a premier rooftop destination designed to merge Rajasthan’s rich botanical heritage with contemporary global dining. Overlooking the majestic Aravalli Hills, the terrace serves as a sophisticated social hub for both international travelers and Jaipur’s discerning local community.
The venue introduces a unique ‘Root to Fruit’ philosophy, where the cocktail and culinary programs draw inspiration from indigenous Rajasthani produce. Utilizing an on-site mixology lab and herbs from the palace garden, the bar features innovative drinks such as the Peepli Picante and Ker Sangri Gimlet. The food menu complements this with modern Asian small plates and globally inspired dishes tailored for shared dining.
The grand opening was held on the eve of The Leela Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Polo Cup 2026 finale. The event saw the presence of His Highness Sawai Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur, alongside prominent figures from India’s fashion and cultural spheres.

Anoop Pandey, Vice President and General Manager, The Leela Palace Jaipur, stated: “The Amber Terrace represents our belief that luxury must feel both rooted and relevant. By drawing from Rajasthan’s indigenous ingredients and reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens, we have created a space that mirrors Jaipur itself—timeless in spirit, yet confidently modern.”
