Machan Resorts LLP has announced the signing of a new property under its distinct brand, ‘Moments by The Machan,’ to be located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. This development marks a new chapter in the brand’s commitment to sustainable hospitality and is described as being perfectly aligned with the company’s vision of expanding its footprint into high-growth corridors across India.
The upcoming property is designed to be a landmark hospitality address in the region, offering a blend of facilities tailored for business, leisure, and social celebrations. It will feature 100 rooms in total, providing significant accommodation capacity for the area.
The property’s facilities are extensive, aiming to cater to a diverse clientele, particularly targeting the growing demand for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), corporate travel, and social events in the Bhiwandi region. Key features of the new ‘Moments by The Machan’ include a 150-cover multi-cuisine restaurant for dining, along with a specialty rooftop dining area for elevated culinary experiences. For guest amenities and recreation, the hotel will be equipped with a gym, spa, and swimming pool.
Crucially, the property is designed with significant event space, boasting a large 5,000 sq. ft. banquet hall and a separate 1,000 sq. ft. conference space.
