The Waffle Co. Targets 200+ New Stores by H1 2026 Across India

-KH News Desk (editorial1@imaws.org)

The Waffle Co., a rapidly growing dessert brand, has announced an aggressive expansion strategy to launch over 200 new stores by the first half of 2026. This move is aimed at solidifying its nationwide presence, spanning major metropolitan areas as well as high-growth Tier II and Tier III cities. By focusing on accessibility and consistency, the brand seeks to capture a larger share of India’s evolving quick-service dessert market.

Strategic Expansion: From Mumbai to Gangtok

The brand’s growth roadmap covers a diverse geographical footprint, targeting high-footfall locations in malls, high streets, and neighborhood hubs.

  • Mumbai Offensive: The Waffle Co. is set to open multiple outlets in key Mumbai neighborhoods, including Dadar, Ghatkopar, Goregaon, Kandivali, and Vikhroli East.

  • Tier II & III Focus: The pipeline includes new stores in cities such as Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Gangtok (Sikkim), Meerut, Roorkee, Sonipat, and Hyderabad, among others.

  • Business Model: The expansion is fueled by a scalable QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) model that prioritizes quality ingredients and a menu designed to appeal to families and young consumers alike.

Amar Preet Singh, Co-founder, The Waffle Co.: “Our growth has been driven by strong consumer demand and a scalable business model. We aim to deepen our presence across established urban markets while also expanding into fast-growing Tier II and Tier III cities. Our focus remains on consistency, quality, and a brand experience that connects across age groups.”
