Strategic Expansion: From Mumbai to Gangtok
The brand’s growth roadmap covers a diverse geographical footprint, targeting high-footfall locations in malls, high streets, and neighborhood hubs.

Mumbai Offensive: The Waffle Co. is set to open multiple outlets in key Mumbai neighborhoods, including Dadar, Ghatkopar, Goregaon, Kandivali, and Vikhroli East.

Tier II & III Focus: The pipeline includes new stores in cities such as Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Gangtok (Sikkim), Meerut, Roorkee, Sonipat, and Hyderabad, among others.

Business Model: The expansion is fueled by a scalable QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) model that prioritizes quality ingredients and a menu designed to appeal to families and young consumers alike.
