Tribe Stays, a leading premium long-stay and co-living hospitality brand, has announced an exclusive strategic partnership with CCI India (Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Under a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), CCI India will serve as the brand’s exclusive partner for enterprise and institutional business, facilitating access to large corporates, universities, and international expat housing programs.
The collaboration aims to address the rising demand for high-quality workforce accommodation and student living. Together, Tribe Stays and CCI India have set an ambitious target to scale to over 10,000 beds within the next two years. The expansion will prioritize the Delhi NCR region before moving into other key Indian states and strategic international markets.
CCI India will provide Tribe Stays with strategic market intelligence, institutional introductions, and cross-border expansion support, leveraging its deep connections with government bodies and global trade networks.

Munindra Kumar, Director General, CCI India, highlighted the potential of the alliance: “Tribe Stays has built one of the most differentiated long-stay hospitality platforms in the country. Their product quality, brand positioning and operational maturity make them an ideal partner for enterprise and institutional programs. As a government body focused on enabling high-growth companies, CCI India will actively support Tribe in unlocking large-scale opportunities across corporate housing, universities, expat communities and global markets.”

Yogesh Mehra, CEO of Tribe Stays, added: “This partnership with CCI India is a strategic step in Tribe’s expansion journey. Our focus is on building a globally relevant long-stay platform across enterprise housing, student living and institutional accommodation. CCI’s mandate, network and deep institutional access will significantly accelerate our ability to scale across India and internationally.”
