United Hospitality Management (UHM) has officially marked its entry into the Indian market through the strategic acquisition of Rosastays. This move is a major milestone in UHM’s global expansion and immediately establishes a significant on-ground presence in India, bolstering its leisure portfolio across key destinations.
Acquisition and Portfolio Details
The acquisition integrates Rosastays’ existing operational network and development pipeline directly into UHM’s international framework, establishing a “glocal” operating philosophy.

Initial Portfolio: UHM immediately gains 17 operational boutique properties located in key leisure destinations, including Goa, Kasauli, Nainital, and Pushkar, and Shimla.

Future Development: The entry is reinforced by a development pipeline of over 700 keys, which includes projects with major partners like IHG Hotels & Resorts under the Garner brand.

Rebranding: Select Rosastays assets are scheduled to be rebranded under the UHM umbrella between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.
